Jam making at the SLI office in West Earlham recently was great fun & educational. There were 10 people there learning how to jam using plums, greengages & damson. We were lucky enough to take a jar or two to use at home. I, personally, learnt quite a bit about how to use these fruits. By the way, the end result was delicious. Click here for photos and
