On Saturday it is our Open Day
We will be serving food to the public.
To help people with food allergies it is best to label food with the ingredients used.
So we don’t lose anything, we should put our names on containers and other equipment which we bring to the event.
Look more professional – wear an apron when serving food.
It would help if you could bring a flask of hot water – we’ll need it for making drinks and washing mugs.
Bridget has provided two more chutney recipes for the preserves recipes page, which has been updated.
Bridget says,“The tomatillo one seems, on first tasting, to be rather good. Hope to have another workshop, making pumpkin chutney + something else, later in October.”
