On Saturday 19th August at Marlpit Community Centre half a dozen people came to help and learn.

Thanks to Vigi, who kindly and expertly showed us how to prepare locally grown vegetables using methods and extra ingredients from South India.

We learnt how to use vatha kuzhambu / vatral kujambu, a vegetable curry paste.
